Tide & Timber is a home watch and property care company serving the coastline from Old Saybrook, Connecticut to Newport, Rhode Island. We look after houses and estates when owners are away — whether for a season, a month, or a few weeks.

If you live here part of the year, own from out of state, or leave for stretches at a time, we provide reliability, discretion, and hands-on attention to the home you leave behind. Visits are scheduled. Conditions are documented. When something needs attention, we coordinate the right people so you do not have to manage it from elsewhere.

The work is local and specific: the shoreline, the weather, and the way these properties are actually used. Each home is treated as its own, not as a standard package.
