What to Expect on a Visit
- Outside walk-around: doors, windows, garage, gutters, drainage, and any storm or weather wear.
- Inside walk-through: leaks, moisture, odors, heat and cooling, plumbing, sump pump, and pests.
- Photos: time- and date-stamped photos of conditions and settings.
- Your report: a short written report with photos, by email or text.
- If something's wrong: we call or message you right away and, with your OK, bring in the right contractor and meet them at the house.
Scheduled Home Watch
- Recurring interior and exterior visits
- Seasonal home opening and closing
- Mail and package collection
- Basic checks: plants, vehicle start, and batteries
Property & Systems Checks
- Doors, windows, and garage secured
- Heat, cooling, HVAC filter, sump pump, and dehumidifier
- Boat checks, including checking bilge-pump operation.
- Plumbing and seasonal water shutoffs (hoses, outdoor shower, irrigation)
- Gutters, drainage, and exterior weather wear
- Systems on or off for opening and closing
Storm Preparation & Post-Storm Checks
If a storm or other issue comes up while you're away, we can usually visit the same day or next day to observe and document conditions.
- Pre-storm check: doors and windows locked, outdoor items brought in
- Post-storm assessment with photos
- Urgent visits for leaks, storm damage, or other visible concerns
- Urgent vendor coordination and connection with a claims consultant

- Contractor scheduling and on-site access
- On-site access while vendors are at the property
