basic pest observation, mail/package management)
• Enhanced photo + written reports; monthly summary available on request
• Same-day or next-day site visit for urgent issues during business hours
• Basic vendor coordination: up to 2 pre-approved contractor meetings per month
• Pre-storm check and post-storm visual assessment for major weather events
